Missionaries often sacrifice so much to serve others. They leave their homes and families behind to live in remote and challenging places. They work long hours, often in difficult conditions. And they often face persecution and danger.

But through it all, missionaries remain steadfast in their commitment to serving others. They bring hope to the hopeless, healing to the broken, and love to the unloved.

All year, they go about saying “Christ was born…” but are unable to celebrate this generous birth when the time comes.
