Research & Understanding the Field
Bolarinwa Oluwole is a missionary with the Nigeria Evangelical Missions Association (NEMA), the umbrella body and fellowship forum for the Nigeria Missions Movement. He is committed to
mobilizing, training, and equipping individuals, organizations, and churches for cross-cultural missions, with emphasis on Christ’s life and multiplying disciples.
He currently serves as the Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning, and Research at the Nigeria Centre for Global Harvest, NEMA Headquarters, Jos, Nigeria. In this role, he leads strategic research efforts to support mission agencies and churches in advancing the Great Commission. He is also the Country Representative for Joshua Project, working to provide data on Nigeria’s unreached and least evangelized peoples, and coordinating other in-country research activities.
Additionally, he is an ordained pastor and, having served in different missions capacities, including missions training, administration, and as a frontier missionary, Bolarinwa is passionate about engaging the emerging generation with the principal agenda of God, which is to finish the mission of Christ. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Transformational Urban Leadership at William Carey International University, Pasadena, USA, integrating faith and practical strategies for urban missions.
He is married and lives with his family in Jos, Nigeria.
Media and Technology for Missions
Dr. David Ogunshola has walked up the ladder in the tech industry while serving in different companies. From operations to managerial positions, and now a founder himself.
He studied Computer Science at Adamawa State University Mubi, where he graduated with First class honors in the year 2009.
He earned two Master of Arts (M.A) in Organizational leadership at ECWA Theological Seminary, Igbaja, and at Development Associates International, USA in 2016 and 2017, respectively.
Since September 2013, He has been working as a freelance staff member with Christ’s Disciples Missionary Foundation Inc. He works within the West and Central African countries to facilitate Partnership, Advocacy, and Resource mobilization for the organization.
He has also, since 2013, worked with Insight Bible Church as the head of its Missions and Global Outreach.
He is a Co-founder of Brainy Hive Schools. A preschool and Grade School for Middle-income families was established in Akwa Ibom state in February 2014.
He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Daveshoope, a tech solution company for Businesses, organizations, and societies.

Understanding Missions Mobilization
Bevin grew up as a missionary kid in Zimbabwe, Africa, where his early years were shaped by cross-cultural experiences and a front-row seat to the transformative power of the gospel. He is married to Judy, an amazing Okinawan-American woman, and together they have the joy of life with their 16-year-old son, Mathias.
Bevin and Judy met while serving with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) and spent over 15 years on the leadership team of a large YWAM campus in Colorado, equipping and mobilizing missionaries to reach unreached people groups. Over the past two decades, their focus has shifted to coaching and equipping emerging missionaries from new sending nations in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. This journey led them to relocate to Southeast Asia ten years ago, where they continue to invest in leaders and mission movements.
Today, Bevin and Judy serve as elders with the Asia Leaders Learning Community (ALLC), mentoring and equipping emerging leaders. They also founded GlobalCAST Resources, which offers the Online School of Missions Advocacy to train mission mobilizers worldwide. Bevin also serves in mobilization with YWAM Frontier Missions, championing efforts to inspire and equip new waves of missionaries.
With a deep passion for mobilization and a heart for the nations, Bevin is committed to seeing the whole church bring the whole gospel to the whole world.
Fundraising and Resource Mobilization
Pastor Niyi Osomo is a passionate Mission Mobilizer, trained accountant, ex-banker, social advocate for children, and lifelong follower of Jesus.
Born in Lagos and raised in Akure, Nigeria, he is the founder and Global Executive Director of Mission Enablers International, a mission mobilization organization that partners with 37 mission agencies and supports over 200 missionaries across Africa and Asia to reach unreached communities with the gospel.
Niyi previously served as the Mission Pastor at Elevation Church, Lagos, where he continues to worship with his wife and three children.
He is also the visionary founder of two impactful not-for-profit organizations driving holistic mission:
Children Empowerment Funds (CEF), an NGO that builds schools, provides scholarships for missionary children, and distributes sanitary supplies to underserved kids across parts of Africa. Through this initiative, schools have been established in Northern Nigeria, Sierra Leone, and Burundi.
Mission Enablers Pakistan, which operates 10 skill acquisition centers that empower underserved Christian women with vocational training and economic opportunities.
Before transitioning fully into ministry and missions, Niyi worked in the banking sector and brings strong financial and organizational expertise to his leadership roles.
He has spoken and taught on missions in 21 countries across Africa, Central America, Asia, North America, and the Middle East. He currently serves as the Africa Co-Lead for the Pray for Zero Network, an initiative of The Seed Company focused on raising intercessors and accelerating Bible translation for communities without Scripture in their heart language. He is also a committed member of the Nigeria Evangelical Mission Association (NEMA).
Niyi’s work reflects a deep commitment to integrating evangelism with education, empowerment, and practical compassion, advancing holistic mission across nations.
Discipleship & Mobilization
Pastor Jesumbo Dele-Adeleke is a dynamic minister, trainer, and urban missionary with over 15 years of active ministry experience. He specializes in missions mobilization, strategic community based evangelism, Missional Church Planting and discipleship systems building, equipping individuals and teams to align with God’s call and engage effectively in Kingdom service.
As the Lead for Missions Mobilization at Mission Enablers, Pastor Jesumbo has impacted thousands through strategic training, mentoring, and mobilization initiatives, helping churches, ministries, and communities to grow in missions and effectiveness. Including facilitating NationTakers and Student in Missions Conferences across places.
He also pioneers urban ministry projects, including Life Tribe, a teenage discipleship movement, and Life Center, a church-planting and discipleship initiative, both designed to raise committed followers and missional leaders for Christ.
His professional background in marketing, operations, and NGO development, combined with his ministry experience, informs his practical and strategic approach to training. Pastor Jesumbo serves as a consultant and trainer for ministries and organizations, helping them excel in strategy, growth, evangelism, and discipleship.
He holds a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Association of Business Executives (UK) and a Master’s degree in view in Christian Ministry and Leadership from the Africa Centre for Theological Studies.
Spiritual Growth for Mobilization
Kanita Rutley is a missiologist, humanitarian, international speaker, worship artist & Bible teacher. After answering the call to full-time ministry in 2013, she has had the privilege to work alongside multiple Bible translation, Scripture engagement, prayer mobilization and evangelism initiatives. She currently serves as the Senior Manager of Global Prayer Mobilization at The Seed Company; a leading Bible translation organization working to provide access to every Bible-less language across the globe with Scripture. Her work in ministry has taken her to Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
She is also the founder of She Saves a Nation, a global nonprofit & disciple-making initiative that empowers marginalized girls in Kenya and Uganda to become leaders & agents of change within their nation and around the world.
Kanita serves as a global mission mobilizer, rallying the Church toward the Great Commission call, engaging marginalized groups to take their place in God’s mission, and equipping missionaries to proclaim the Good News to the nations.
As an evolving African-American female missiologist and speaker passionate about biblical truth and sound doctrine, she has become a trusted voice on global evangelism, missions mobilization, women’s discipleship, and Biblical teaching on several podcasts, seminars, and ministry platforms. She has been featured in several publications, including Today’s Purpose Woman & Formidable Woman Magazines. As a worship artist, her debut project, “Surrender,” was released in 2019, reaching the world with a fresh sound of worship and a message of hope, calling believers to lives of total obedience.
Kanita is completing her final year pursuing a Doctor of Missiology at Fuller Theological Seminary. She is married to her beloved husband, Minister Ryan Rutley, and they are the proud parents of two daughters, Rayn, and Kierstyn.
Above all, Kanita is a servant, a disciple, and bold proclaimer of the gospel of Jesus Christ. She carries a passion to teach, serve, and equip the church to understand God’s Word and His mission in the world; encouraging the body of Christ toward becoming mature, soul-winning believers, desperate to know God and determined to make Him known.
Lessons from the Mission Filed: What every believer should know about Global Missions
Pastor Olusegun Kolade is a passionate missionary leader and the Director of WPMI (Watchmen Prophetic Mission International), a mission-driven organization with active expressions across several African nations, founded in 2013. With a deep burden for unreached communities, he has dedicated his life to advancing the Gospel through church planting, discipleship, leadership development, and humanitarian outreach.
Over the years, Pastor Kolade has led numerous cross-cultural mission expeditions across West, East, and Central Africa, equipping indigenous leaders and raising missionaries who are committed to sustainable kingdom impact. His teachings emphasize practical Christianity, disciple-making movements, and holistic ministry.
He has played a key role in establishing nine mission schools across Africa, empowering widows, supporting education through scholarships, and strengthening local churches in remote areas. Known for his strategic leadership and apostolic drive, Pastor Kolade continues to inspire a new generation of laborers, committed to taking the Gospel to the ends of the earth.
Pastor Kolade possesses a good academic background with B.A (Ed), Diploma in Education foundation and Diploma in Missions and Discipleship. He is married to Mrs Oluyemi kolade and are blessed with two children.
Storytelling For Mobilization
Praise Okwuchi holds a bachelor’s degree in French Language and a master’s degree in public management at Babcock University. She is an author; “Cluster of Colours”, public speaker, visionary leader, communication specialist and development practitioner. Through her contribution to community development and exceptional work of communication, Praise deploys her extraordinary gift of contributing to penitent national matters in her career, trainings, and individual interactions where she speaks on various platforms such as the Legislative mentorship initiative (LMI) Alumni. She was selected to serve as a panel judge for the “My Nigerian Dream” Initiative by the “I Choose Life Foundation” among which were notable members such as the Head of Political and Trade Affairs, Embassy of Sweden in Nigeria, Chief of Staff to the Minister of State, federal Ministry of Youth Development, and others.
She is the Global Communication Executive at Mission Enablers International and Children Empowerment Funds (a non-governmental organization focused on the holistic needs of both missionaries and their children’s education), She uses her content creation skills, storytelling and creative direction to communicate the challenges missionaries face, their children and proffers solution both digitally and through various projects. She is the founder; Peridot School of Languages and President, Tamar’s City where she spearheads the Women Empowering Girls Program focused on raising girls for global relevance through mentorship from older women.
Following her interest in social development, she is a fellow of the Nigerian Prize for Leadership where she was awarded as the second-best performing ambassador during the second cohort. She is also an alumnus at the School of Government and Politics and a Comms Avenue Mentee. Praise has received various training in Development Communication with LEAP Africa, Media and Information Literacy, Community Journalism with YALI Network, Creative Writer with Creative Global Institute, Digital Marketing workshop, Mckinsey Forward Program by McKinsey & Company, and others. Praise was a representative of the Young Africa Leaders Initiative (YALI) National Summit 2022, she stood for the Southeast on the UN model Assembly panel where she shared the challenges in the Southeastern part in Nigeria and possible solutions. She also participated in the Young Women Leaders Programme 2023 Cohort of LEAP Africa where she had the opportunity to connect, collaborate and exchange ideas with fellow female participants.
As an active volunteer with several organizations that works to improve the lives of others such as Young Africa Leaders Initiative (YALI), Muazua Africa, Impact Brunch, Kingdom Global Initiative, NESG, Beyond the Classroom Foundation, and Primacy Youth Development initiative she has not only been a catalyst of change but through her skills, has driven her passion to communicate organizational related issues. She has also shared her experiences in the past on community engagement during her youth service year where she was interviewed on development issues. She was also on Africa Independent Television (AIT) where she was interviewed on the post-COVID-19 challenges on the 1st of January 2022.
Praise looks forward to being a part of decision makers in Nigeria and believes she is still a work in progress. One of her favorite quotes is “I am not taking a piece of history back home –I’ve become a piece of it”
