Understanding Missions Mobilization
Bevin grew up as a missionary kid in Zimbabwe, Africa, where his early years were shaped by cross-cultural experiences and a front-row seat to the transformative power of the gospel. He is married to Judy, an amazing Okinawan-American woman, and together they have the joy of life with their 16-year-old son, Mathias.
Bevin and Judy met while serving with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) and spent over 15 years on the leadership team of a large YWAM campus in Colorado, equipping and mobilizing missionaries to reach unreached people groups. Over the past two decades, their focus has shifted to coaching and equipping emerging missionaries from new sending nations in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. This journey led them to relocate to Southeast Asia ten years ago, where they continue to invest in leaders and mission movements.
Today, Bevin and Judy serve as elders with the Asia Leaders Learning Community (ALLC), mentoring and equipping emerging leaders. They also founded GlobalCAST Resources, which offers the Online School of Missions Advocacy to train mission mobilizers worldwide. Bevin also serves in mobilization with YWAM Frontier Missions, championing efforts to inspire and equip new waves of missionaries.
With a deep passion for mobilization and a heart for the nations, Bevin is committed to seeing the whole church bring the whole gospel to the whole world.
